However, if you use one of our contact forms on the website, we collect personal data such as your name and email address, and any other information you fill in in the free text field. This information is stored in a database on our website for up to 24 months. The information is not shared with third parties.

Collection of visitor statistics (Google Analytics)

We use the analytics tool Google Analytics to collect statistics about our visitors. This information is not defined as personal data and is completely anonymized, but it can tell us something about our visitors’ usage behavior etc. Google Analytics also uses cookies when you as a customer use our website, and you have full control over which cookies should be in effect at any given time.

For you as a Webtron customer

If you have an active customer relationship with Webtron, we have access to contact information applicable to your customer relationship. This may include company information, contact persons and history of your customer relationship with us. This information is stored in our databases for as long as you are a customer with us, and for up to 24 months after your customer relationship with us has ended.
